All LED TVs are in fact LCD TVs that use Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) as their light source, as opposed to the traditional CCFLs. (Cold-cathode fluorescent lamps)
In comparison to Plasma and LCD
TVs, however, LEDs are considered the brightest TVs available and surprisingly
have the lowest power consumption.
In many cases it comes down to
the size of TV that you desire and the brand that makes that size.

What's the big deal about SMART TVs?
ReplyDeleteI think it's the ability to browse the Internet via pre-installed apps. directly from the TV; so they're dubbed "smart TV". Of course the TV must have a NIC port or wifi capabilities.
DeleteGood information, now I can make a more informed choice when buying my next tv
DeleteIs the only difference the brightness of the screen? What's a plasma TV?
